Our family of producers join each market in person to share food and goods that they have grown or crafted themselves, here in Northeastern North Carolina
We are deeply committed to honesty and sustainability in our practices.
Participants in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) can shop using an EBT card.
Our new system allows folks to run their card just once at the Croatan Gardens table and then shop freely with any of our vendors that sell SNAP-eligible foods using our custom SNAP tokens.
In 2021, Secotan Market was accepted into the Fresh Bucks Incentive Program, coordinated by RAFI-USA.
SNAP EBT customers can now double their money with up to $20 of FREE incentive tokens at each market to
spend on fresh produce.
